Card still has bold and vibrant colors.  Creasing throughout, rub area middle of forehead and bill of hat, some blue spotting across from his right eye and a small circular dot with paper loss just below his lower left ear. 

I would grade this around 1.5 - 2.5 just based on other examples in this series that have been listed but I will leave that up to the buyer to decide.
