I have been collecting pens, pen accessories and coins for over 25 years and I have decided to sell much of my pen and coin collection.  Please check my other eBay listings as I will be posting more items from my collections on a daily basis.

For sale is a new-old-stock The Complete Sydney Twenty-Eight (28) Olympic Coin Collection.

To my knowledge the COMPLETE set of the 2000 Sydney Olympic 28 Aluminum-Zinc-Bronze coin set has NEVER come up for sale on eBay!  Only individual sport events have come up for sale, but not the complete set in the commemorative binder!!!

Since the striking of the first modern Olympic coin in 1951, commemorative coin programs have become an internal part of the modern Olympic Games.  The coin programs unite artists, designers, crafts persons, technicians, and mints in a common effort to create a durable and distinctive reminder of the Games. These unique coins, which you will collect and keep, pay tribute to the skill, commitment and goodwill of the athletes who compete as well as to the wider ideals of the Olympic Movement. 

As is fitting on the eve of a new millennium, the Sydney 2000 Olympic Coin Collection in exciting, dynamic and innovative.  For the first time in the history of Olympic Coin Collection programs, a separate coin will be struck to honor each of the 28 International Federations participating at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

As a keen collector myself, and on behalf of the International Olympic Committee, I welcome this collection of sporting coins from the Sydney 2000 Olympic Coin Program and hope they will provide you with much enjoyment for many years to come.

The Coins are contained in a beautiful commemorative binder, also in ORIGINAL, MINT CONDITION even includes the original packing box for the binder!

Coin Set is in MINT condition and comes from my "New-Old-Stock" personal coin collection that I am selling.  This coin set was stored in my plastic coin tubs in my closet, in a smoke free home, hence the EXCELLENT, ORIGINAL PURCHASE CONDITION of the coin set!
