Cancellation of Order
'Cooling Off Period' - There is a cancellation period within which your order can be cancelled. The cancellation period commences the day after receipt of the goods and expires 14 working days thereafter.

Notice of Cancellation
We require a notice of cancellation by ebay message. Notice of cancellation by ebay message is to be taken to have been given on the day on which it is sent.

Return of Goods
On cancellation, it is your responsibility to return the goods to us and whilst retaining possession of the goods, take reasonable care of them.

Refund
On receipt of the goods received by us, we shall refund the sum paid by you for the goods. We are not liable for refunds or for your costs in returning the goods to us, if the goods have been mistreated, accidentally damaged or have been used in a capacity for which they are not designed.

Condition of the Goods
All goods returned for refund must be in the same condition as when received by you
Goods Sent Outside UK using 'Signed-For International' Postage

Goods that are sent outside the UK, that need to be 'signed-for' on arrival at the customers address, must be sent back to be 'signed-for' on arrival at our address. If the goods go missing, it is customer's responsibility to provide traceable proof of despatch, before a refund is made. If the goods go missing and the customer cannot provide proof of despatch, no refund will be made.

Refunds or Replacements for Defective Goods
Please examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as possible.

Any claims for refunds or replacement of defective goods must be made, and the goods returned to us, as soon as possible after the defect is discovered. The refund will be made, or the replacement sent, as soon as we receive the goods. We are not liable for refunds or replacement, or for your costs in returning the goods to us, if the goods have been mistreated, accidentally damaged or have been used in a capacity for which they are not designed.

Exchange of Goods
If you want to exchange the goods, then the goods should be sent back to us within a 14 working day period.
The 14 working day period begins the day after you received the goods.
All goods returned for exchange must be in the same condition received by you.

Delivery
Once payment is received, you should receive your Ezeread reading glasses within a 7 working-day period (inside UK) or within a 10 working-day period (outside UK). The delivery period starts on the day after we receive the order.
The cost of delivery is £1.50 (including VAT) inside UK and £6.50 equivalent outside UK (Currency Converter). This is for items up to the maximum number orderable on the website order forms. (Please Note - we can not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO address)

'Signed-For' packages
When an order has been accepted, on the resultant 'Transaction Status' webpage and on the auto-response email, a statement indicates whether the package has to be 'signed for' on arrival at the customers address. NOTE - this is not applicable for ebay orders.
