Rare 3c Thomas Jefferson Stamps. I bought a book of stamps from an avid history stamp collector. When he passed away they did an esates sale at his house. I stumbled upon his book of stamps and ended up buying it. I found these stamps in an envelope that he had in the book labeled "Old stamps". After doing some research online I've found out these are being sold for over $350 a peice. These stamps have been used, They are cut out of envelopes after they have been sent.
