The workhorse! This Edlund Premier series Model SR-2 32 oz. Mechanical Heavy Duty Portion Scale was used at The Upper Krust restaurant in Columbus, Ohio from 1967-1979 and well-maintained. It has been in storage for most of the past 40+ years but is clean and works well. Probably needs calibrating.
