Vintage KILGORE "AVENGER" Derringer cap gun, "Circle K" (Kilgore) on the grip, in Very Good condition, w/ working trigger (pulls & returns) mechanism. 

This item shows very well for its age!

1/2 of The top latch is broken , so it does not hold the top part down, unless it is cocked.

The mechanism pops up an 1/4 inch, but then has to pull "up & out" via an oval slotted internal guide, to then slide in the bullet (again..., NO bullets are included). Pushing it "down & in" will re-engage the trigger "most of the time" 

This toy DOES NOT shoot projectiles. It is a cap gun only.
