This Listing is for an Antique Brown Earthenware Glazed Oil Pot made in France in 1850, and long time ago 

converted to an Indoor or Outdoor Garden Pot with three Handles.  

The measurements for this Urn/Pot is 20” Tall and 18” Wide. The opening at the top is 9 ½ inches in diameter. 

It weighs over 40 pounds. 

Considering the age (well over 100 years old) this pot is in wonderful condition. There are no cracks or structural 

weakness of any kind. 

The original glaze (looking vibrant) still covers a little more than half of the pot’s surface. 

But the other half has lost the glaze finish, and there are signs of wear and degradation on the surface.

without the glaze, the pot still looks amazing despite the superficial surface wear. 

Again, this Pot is stunning looking, making indoor use a real (maybe even preferred) option.
