This is a great idea for a unique children's gift; a personalised, novelty Junior Paramedic ID Card! The rear of the card shows the duties expected of the young Paramedic, and even a space for him/her to sign their name. If you don't want this feature, no problem...just ask me to remove it.

Also, I can change the wording above the photo, if required...just ask when ordering! For example, you might prefer "Junior Paramedic or just "Paramedic" etc.

When ordering, please be sure to give me ALL the following details;

1. Position (i.e. Paramedic / Driver / Doctor etc.)
2. Name
3. Date of Birth

4. Ambulance Service region (or town name)
5. A suitable photograph....it doesn't have to be an actual passport sized one, as long as it shows the face clearly.

I can also use the face photo without the cap, if you wish...just let me know when ordering (maybe your child has a hairstyle that the cap won't cover).

To get the details to me, just send them in a message when you order...either by putting them in the “Message to Seller” section, or by emailing them to me separately, after ordering. 

To attach a photo; before sending the details, you'll see a box marked “Attach a photo” (or words to that effect). Click on that, then choose the photo you want to send me, and follow the instructions. Then you can send the message, with the details & photo together.

IF YOU DO NOT SEND ME ALL THESE DETAILS, I CANNOT PROCESS YOUR CARD!

If you're unsure if the photo you have is acceptable, send it to me anyway...if it isn't, I'll get back to you with any advice on what's needed, so that you end up with a good quality picture for your card!

The Badge Number number is done by myself, using a combination of the date of birth and the initials. However, feel free to give me one of your own choice, if you prefer.

The wording below the barcode (along the bottom) is also done by myself, so you don't need to worry about that. The barcode itself is decorative, not functional.
