Signed etching by Hugh Tallant 1938 called A FLOWER-VENDER OF FUNCHAL. This is one of many prints made of the etching and is in good condition with minor flaws. I don’t see any discoloration on the image, only some on the outer edges as seen in the pictures. The glass in this frame was broken out at some point so it will need to be reframed.
