Usage:

Clean the remnants of make-up from eyelashes or eyebrows.
Mix the paint with the oxidant in a 1: 1 ratio in a special container to a suitable consistency.
Use white paste to shape the eyebrows, apply a protective pad underneath the lower lashes when painting eyelashes.
Wait after coloring: eyebrows 7-10 min, eyelashes 10 min.

Wipe excess paint with a damp cotton swab.
