This particular cable essentially allows for a single PowerLink socket (on a B&O music or video system) to be used to connect two BeoLab loudspeakers (using PowerLink Mk2 or Mk3 cables of your choice and length.)

PowerLink Mk2 is what is also known as fully-wired and can be used with ALL BeoLab loudspeakers/systems with 8-Pin DIN Sockets - including BeoLink Passive and Active Kits etc. Mk2 PowerLink is required when connecting BeoLab loudspeakers with displays to a compatible B&O audio and/or video system.

This cable is particularly useful when used with, for example, a BeoSound 4, BeoCenter 2 (socket unit) as these products only have a single PowerLink socket present.

PLEASE NOTE

These cables should not be confused with cheap, inferior cables designed for use with anything other than Bang & Olufsen. To ensure the safety and full enjoyment of your Bang & Olufsen products, only cables to Bang & Olufsen specification should be used. Using cables that are not to the correct 'PowerLink' specification could cause damage to your products and void any warranty in place. Last but certainly not least, inferior cables will never provide the true audio quality sound that your Bang & Olufsen products are designed to reproduce.
