We are not responsible for shipper errors. Weather, lost packages or any other shipping issues are out of our control. If any losses occur, compensation to you the customer, must wait until the shipper resolves the situation. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also, should any item be received damaged/broken, the buyer agrees to save all packing materials from shipment, pending review by the shipping company.
