This bracelet has been made by the Tibetans in Northern India, I bought it from them myself. The large turquoise coloured beads are made from water buffalo bone (that has died naturally) and the bones have been coloured blue. The central part is imitation turquoise chips set into a very tradition Tibetan design. The length is adjustable with a brass chain.
