We ship daily after payment received except Saturday, Sunday and/or Malaysian Public Holiday.

Estimated 2 - 5 business days (under normal
circumstances) via DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING. Other
countries maybe take a little longer, your patient is highly appreciated.

Please also expect some delay caused by custom clearance when the
goods reach your country.

We shall not hold responsible for any damages, lost packages,
delay or/and suspension by the postal service or custom department.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item
price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

We will refund/replace the item if it was damaged/faulty or wrong
item, please provide us with a photo proof

If you wish to return for any other reason apart from damage
during delivery or wrong item sent, please return back to us with the original
unused and unopened packaging.

Buyer shall bear the return shipping charges, and once the item
reaches us; we will arrange the refund to you.

All OPENED items cannot be returned or refunded
