We welcome the new arrival of these very high quality trigger cable kits to offer the solution of connecting non-B&O audio and/or video products to Bang & Olufsen BeoLab loudspeakers without the 'Line In' feature (i.e. speakers that only have PowerLink sockets and that would normally require a B&O system to operate them/switch them on and off/standby).
The cable will connect to an iPod, iPad, iPhone, TV, Laptop/PC or any other device that has a 3.5 mm headphones socket.
The cable connects to a single BeoLab loudspeaker. It will, however, 'switch on' additional loudspeakers connected to the first speaker (additional PowerLink cables to the correct type may be required).
The cable comes with a plug in power supply that once connected to the mains supply, will switch on the BeoLab loudspeaker that it is connected to. When the power supply is switched off, the speaker will return to 'standby' (depending on which model of speaker this can be upto 2 mins).
Please note that this product is designed to operate on 100-240 Volts, 50-60 Hz. This is the mains voltage for the UK, EU and USA and most other countries around the world.
The super high efficiency power adaptor comes supplied with an interchangeable plug - 2-pin Euro style plug, 3-pin UK plug, 2-pin US plug and a 2-pin Australian style plug. Please note that if your mains wall outlet has a different type of socket, then an adaptor will be required. We can supply these at extra cost or they can be purchased from any good electrical store, or here on eBay.

It must be noted that if used with different connection types such as RCA/Phono, then these must be of the 'volume- controlled' outputs.
(Some TVs, satellite systems etc have fixed line level outputs which are not compatible with this unit - please ask if you need any advice)
