We kindly ask that all items are paid for as soon as possible after clicking 'buy it now'. This allows us to post your item to you sooner.

We unfortunately can't ship any items until payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Information

All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent 2nd Class). 

We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve it for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 14 working days has passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Returns Information

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns. 

You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging. 

We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelled (our error).
