Here we have VTG WEIRDOS WEIRD OHS ODD RODS PREMIUM GIVE AWAY IRON ON TRANSFER Willie the Wheel that was a premium / give away promotional item in the 1960's I believe on Ice Cream Trucks. Measures 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. Great graphics and color. Item is unused of course but may show some age wear. Fan over all the pictures to zoom in on them. Starting low with no reserve. See my other auctions.
