Shipping: I offer 2 speeds of domestic shipping. If you have a deadline/need the item quickly, please choose Express. Please remember all couriers are busier during National holidays. I ship Internationally using the Ebay Global Shipping Programme. Please take care to select the correct shipping option, particularly if you are overseas and be aware your country may impose customs charges for you to pay. Breakables are double ‘boxed’ to guarantee safe arrival. I add a £1 packing charge to cover my costs with parcels containing more than 4 breakable items. I always immediately refund any excess postage charges to my buyers.

Returns: To allow you to buy with confidence, I always accept returns if you are not 100% happy with your item. If your item is not as described, this is free and I will pay your return postage. For other returns, I would be grateful for you to cover return postage.
