USPS announced rate increases and slower delivery times beginning October 1, 2021 and implemented  new services and rate increases again in 2023.  The shipping cost in the listing is the exact amount quoted by USPS.  I do not add additional fees.  I also ship within one business day so any delays in delivery would be carrier related.
