You will receive the exact jacket pictured.  The jacket is used but is in pretty nice condition.  The jacket is dry clean only.  I would recommend getting it dried cleaned.  There is a little spot on the front of the jacket.  It should come out with a good cleaning.  The jacket will be shipped secured.
