The have been sleeved in Ultra Pro Mini top loaders since the 90s.  I can not guarantee a gem mint 10 on any of them, but they are in good condition.  Most have the normal little silver flakes on the back that these things are known for.  The silver is from the base card that was behind them in the pack.  These are incredibly rare and are getting harder and harder to find as they end up peoples collection.  The cards will be shipped very secured, with signature confirmation and full insurance.
