Winding Modes

Three Rotation modes: Clockwise, Anti-Clockwise, Bi-directional

Five operating modes are available

TPD means: turns per day

(Mode 1) 650TPD 10 turns every 665 seconds, rotate for 12 hours and rest for 12 hours then repeat.

(Mode 2) 750TPD 10 turns every 576 seconds, rotate for 12 hours and rest for 12 hours then repeat.

(Mode 3) 850TPD 10 turns every 508 seconds, rotate for 12 hours and rest for 12 hours then repeat.

(Mode 4) 1000TPD 10 turns every 432 seconds, rotate for 12 hours and rest for 12 hours then repeat.

(Mode 5) 1950TPD 10 turns every 222 seconds, rotate for 12 hours and rest for 12 hours then repeat.

(Work 12 hours a day and stop for 12 hours.)

You can select the best TPD and turn mode according to your watch Manu-facturers, but our advice is “1000TPD”and “clockwise then Anti-Clockwise”mode.

Payment

Payment will be done within 7 days after the closing of auction. If for any reason you cannot pay within this time frame, please contact us immediately. An unpaid case will be opened automatically in 4 days for any unpaid items without communication.

Delivery details

1.We are Australian local seller. All items are ready to be dispatched within 1-2 business days (weekend and public holidays are not included) after the payment is completed from our New South Wales or Victoria warehouse.

2.Most items will simply arrive within 2-7 business days after it is dispatched.

Import duties

About us

Warranty

1.We offer a 12 months warranty on most of products(conditions apply) used for private household use from the date of shipment (3 months commercial use). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by us ,our store may, at its option, repair the product or replace the product.

2.We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first.

3.Prior to returning any item, our Customer Service Department must first issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) number. All other relevant information will be sent to you at this time. our Store will not accept the return of any item/s without an RMA attached

4.If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 30-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the s expense.

5.We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything.

6.You are responsible to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of the item. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, replacement items or store credit at our discretion.

7.All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. e.g Battery, earphone, cable, carry bag etc.

Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by our Store to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
