I usually get items sent out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please note, I use the piece list in the back of the instruction book to make sure that everything is included in the set, and that every piece is genuine Lego brand.  Then, I build the set to double check that it is accurate.  I then partially disassemble it for shipment.  That being said, mistakes can happen.  We're only human.  If you notice that there are any problems, such as a missing piece, off-brand bricks, or a broken piece, please let me know, and I will make it right.
