• Standard Royal Mail UK mainland service — This service is normally 2-3 working days. If 5 working days have elapsed without receipt, please check with your neighbours and then the local Royal Mail sorting office, they may have your item. If the item is not located after 10 working days we will provide a credit or a replacement.
• Tracked Courier service - This will be a fully tracked service. 
• Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service before 1pm - This will be a fully tracked service with return of premium postage if not delivered before 1pm. This service also includes a guaranteed Saturday service.
• Shipping - Please ensure all orders are checked for product shortages or damage within 48 hours of receipt and email details along with pictures of any packaging or product damage. We would be unable to process a claim for any damage or shortage after this time.
• Orders received after 4.00pm - are dispatched on the following weekday. We do not dispatch items on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
• UK Postal districts such as the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, might incur a higher delivery charge. We will of course cancel your order if this is unacceptable to you. Delivery times to these areas could also be longer than UK mainland times quoted.

Incorrect addresses or Re-directed deliveries - Might incur additional costs but we will inform you first of any additional payment required.

Unwanted Item - If you wish to return your item, then you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unassembled and with ALL original packaging intact. Item must also be undamaged and in a resalable condition. Please also refer to eBay's item condition return policy. Buyer must pay the full P&P costs of returning the item.

1. Returning Items - After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and return requests will not be accepted. We will not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
2. Items damaged on Receipt - It is important that if possible you check both the packaging and the product before accepting it. If damage is suspected the item should either be rejected or signed for as "unchecked". Or if the product is subsequently found to be damaged when opened then please notify with 48 hours, if any of this has occurred.
3. Faulty Item - If you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately. Please supply full details of the fault also pictures of the faulty item to help us resolve to your entire satisfaction. Please note that some issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative solutions acceptable to you. For faulty manufactured goods, either a replacement product or a refund will be offered. We will require you to return the product first at your own expense. We will refund any economy P&P costs incurred if you return goods to us that we deem faulty. Our manufacturer's warranty only covers purchases within the UK..
4. Ancillary Equipment and all Electronic Goods - We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to ancillary equipment or electronic goods connected to our supplied item, as it is your responsibility to check and ensure suitability before connection.

Electronic and Electrical Goods - We are unable to accept a warranty claim for any product in this category after 90 days.
