Great tailored custom made dress by The Velvet Hanger in Newport Beach, California - a specialty tailor since 1979.  This dress is expertly crafted and has a pieced circle & zipper in the front.  Great a-line knee length sheath dress in dark green in what I think is a cotton/spandex blend fabric.  No size or fabric content tag.  Excellent condition, cleaned and ready to wear.  Measurements:  flat bust 20”, length 39”.
