CONDITION

No material defects unless shown in pictures or specifically noted in the listing. Please look closely at pictures and ask questions before bidding.  If there is an inconsistency in the listing (e.g., the title and the picture do not match), do not buy or bid until you check with me first, unless you are prepared to take either one.  Background mounting materiel or pages not included.  

SHIPPING

I SHIP WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF PAYMENT.  I combine shipping on multiple purchases bought in a 7-day period for 40 cents per additional item per currency.  You need to get a combined invoice before paying to take advantage of this discount.  The CART system may not provide the correct S/H so contact me if it appears incorrect.  If you wish to be reimbursed if the item is lost in the mail, ask for registered mail.  Additional cost will be $12 to Canada, $15 to the US and $24 to the rest of the world.  Purchases over $70 in total will be sent registered mail at buyer's expense.  If the site-produced invoice does not include the cost for registered mail, please do not pay until you check with me to produce the proper invoice. 

PAYMENT

Payment required within 8 days unless previous arrangements are made. International and US buyers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, fees, and VAT.

RETURNS

Returns are permitted unless otherwise noted in the listing. If I have erred in the description, I will refund your total price (incl S/H), and pay return postage.  For all other returns, I will refund your purchase price upon return of the item.   Buyer pays return postage. Please message me directly, rather than leaving negative or neutral feedback or low ratings, or using the case system.    

ABBREVIATIONS USED IN LISTINGS

MINT - stamps that have not been used and the back of the stamps may be MNH, MH, or UNUSED.

UN or MNG - a mint stamp with no gum.

VF, FVF, F - Overall condition rating based on centering, color, and paper quality. 

EF/Select - an exceptional stamp with almost perfect margins, pristine gum, and generally excellent paper and color condition.

CTO - cancelled to order

OG - Original Gum

GD - Gum sheen disturbance

M/S - Matched set (of plate blocks)

CB – blank corner block

MOGH - Mint stamp with original gum, previously hinged, with or without hinge remnant.

MVLH/MLH - a mint stamp that has a very light or light hinge marking.
