A common problem with a vintage Star Wars Imperial Shuttle is that the wings don't stay in synch, or are loose and just don't stay in place. This is caused by an internal peg that breaks.

Another common problem is that the "peg" that holds the support spring bends or breaks.

This listing is for a 3D printed repair kit that provides two wing gear reinforcements and two spring peg reinforcements. These parts can be added to your Imperial Shuttle whether these parts are broken or not. If they are broken, these parts will get your Shuttle back to working order. If everything is still intact, these parts will reinforce them to help prevent them from breaking in the future.

In this kit, you will get 2 wing gear reinforcements, and 2 spring support reinforcements - enough to completely repair or reinforce a single Imperial Shuttle. No Imperial Shuttle, nor any other vintage items are provided!

You can see a video of how to install these reinforcement parts here: https://youtu.be/mzX6oeY_PhY

None of these parts need to be glued into place. I do recommend glueing the spring supports in IF the existing spring support is broken. Otherwise these parts are simple add ons that could always be removed if needed.

The spring reinforcers are meant to fit snugly. Due to different molds for the Shuttle, if you find it is too snug to go in, you may need to lightly sand around the perimeter of the base of the spring reinforcer.

You do need to disassemble your shuttle to install these, which does have a level of complexity to it - if you are not comfortable disassembling vintage toys - this fix is not for you!

About 3D printed parts - they may have minor imperfections or visual defects from the printing process. These do not impact the function of the parts.

About Galactic Collector: I am a collector of vintage Star Wars action figures, vehicles, and playsets. I regularly restore vintage pieces. I never part out complete items. I often buy broken/damaged/parts lots for salvage, and will resell leftover parts from those to hopefully benefit other restorers out there.
