HOW TO USE

Step 1. Using your finger tip or makeup brush, gently blend your chosen shade accross the eyelid.

Step 2. If blending shades together, apply the second color with a clean brush or different fingertip, starting at the outer corner of the eye. Move the brush or your fingertip in small circles blending inwards for a unified finish.

Step 3. When using PURE PIGMENTS in combination with PRIME & BEHOLD, apply your pigment on top of the primer. For a more intense look, apply a layer of color straight away. For a lighter wash of color, apply the pigments after 2-3 minutes once your primer has set.
