Boleros are firm favourites with most of the leading designers from
the 1930s. Note for example the clever use of stitches, just little
star-shaped flowers scattered over the jacket,
with blanket stitching as a border.

Pair of No. 9 Needles. Small ball of wool for the
embroidery. A Medium bone crochet hook.

To fit a 35-in. bust. Length from shoulder to lower
edge, 15-in. Sleeve seam, 19-in.
Tension.
6 sts to 1-in. in width.
