This was some kind of game-night premium sponsored by United Healthcare of Oregon, and gives you two extremely cool sepia-toned pictures of Arvydas on the practice court with the Trail Blazers, along with a truly motivational line of text: "Your blood. Your sweat. Your tears. Sacrificing it all on the hardwood altar. Then, come back tomorrow. And do it again." Amazing design, and a rare poster that was only available on one night in Portland back around '99 (we're actually not sure precisely what year it was made, there's no copyright date on it). We obtained these from a collectibles dealer in the Portland area back in the early-2000s, and have held on to them in perfect condition ever since. Grab yours now while you can, Blazers fans!
