These elements are supplied in a simple U shape, they are soft drawn heating elements so can easily be shaped and manipulated by hand if your hole centres or securing brackets are slightly closer together or further apart than the standard 60mm

These 'incoloy' elements are one of our best sellers due to the wide range of applications they can be used for. The elements are quite flexible and can easily be shaped by hand if required to accommodate slightly differing mounting widths. The elements have 2" cold ends and have 4mm ba threaded connections to accept standard eyelet terminals or ceramic connector blocks. These elements can be used for wet or dry applications, if you intend using them in a wet well application you would need the sealing glands which are available in our ebay store. These universal kits are not supplied with any type of instructions but are very simple to install by any suitably qualified or competent person. HEATING ELEMENTS - IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that electric heating elements are non-returnable and not supplied with any warranty, if your original element has blown you may have an underlying problem that has led to the eventual failure of the element (voltage or thermostat type issues), if the original cause of the failure is not rectified then you risk blowing the new element. For this reason heating elements cannot be supplied with any warranty.
Please ensure this is the correct voltage and wattage for your specific application. Various other lengths and wattages are available in our ebay shop.
We do advise that any parts are diagnosed, installed and tested by a suitably qualified engineer.
