TERMS OF SALE & CONTACT INFO

Payments:

• We accept payments only through PayPal.

• Payments made through an eCheck on PayPal will ship only after the payment has cleared.

• Payment is expected immediately upon purchase.

• If payment is not made within 48 hours, eBay will open an “unpaid item case”

Return Policy:

At Advanced Times, we respect and value every customer. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee) or exchange.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive the item.

• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags, documents, packaging, accessories, and protective plastic wrapping intact (if applicable).

• Returned merchandise cannot in any way be altered, show signs of wear and tear or having been tampered with.

• Merchandise returned due to buyer’s remorse or refusing shipment will incur a restocking fee of 15% (Shipping cost will NOT be refunded)

• Addresses entered incorrectly or customers not being home for delivery are included as refused shipments.

• Exchanges will be processed for the same exact item if it is available in stock.

• Advanced Times reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

eBay’s seller policies are very strict so it is imperative that customers contact us directly BEFORE resorting to opening a case on eBay or PayPal. Additionally, please do NOT leave any negative or neutral feedback. It is only fair and reasonable that you allow us to work with you to resolve any issue that you may have.

Domestic Shipping:

• Your merchandise will ship within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) after payment has been received and cleared.

• Any order received after 12 pm on Friday will not ship until the next business day. Orders received on the weekend will also ship the next business day.

• We ship to PayPal verified addresses only. Please make sure your address is confirmed and verified. eBay does not allow us to edit addresses for customers.

• Specific shipment requests (such as overnight service, signature confirmation, etc…) shall be made before a purchase is completed.

• Tracking information will be provided for convenience in the “Purchase History” section.

• Signature confirmation will be added on orders $500 or more

International Shipping:

• Items will ship internationally via eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP).

• Your purchase is eligible for coverage through the eBay Money Back Guarantee and PayPal Purchase Protection.

• We ship the product to an eBay Shipping Center. After eBay receives it, international shipping experts manage the international shipping and customs process and send the item to the customer.

• Upon purchase, international customers will be asked to pay for the item, shipping, and import duties.

• Import charges include applicable custom duties, taxes, brokerage, and other fees. Customers are fully responsible for these charges and will be required to pay upfront upon checkout.
