Tactical cargo pants from a PROPPER in black for men. The pants are clean with a unique expandable built in waist system with rubber lining to keep a snug out of the way fit. There is some damage on the left cargo pocket. There are 3 pockets built in and the mid pocket cannot hold anything since it has a hole due to loose stitching. There are also minor tears. The seam right underneath the zipper came undone and shows a small 1" hole. All hardware is functional and pants are clean with no odors.
