Instructions for Independent Operation of The Filling Cylinder:

Filling cylinder (including low pressure joint and conversion joint)

1. Close the ball valve of the filling cylinder, open the lid on the top of the filling cylinder and pour in the refrigerating oil.

2. Connect the low pressure quick connector (blue) to the filling cylinder, and remember to tighten it.

3. Connect the low-voltage quick connector with the low-voltage interface of the car air conditioner.

4. Turn on the switch of the ball valve and press the valve core at the top of the filling cylinder for 10 seconds (control the air output according to the pressing force, and the air output should be small) to remove the air in the filling cylinder. It is a normal phenomenon that refrigerant oil will be sprayed during the period.

5. Start the car engine and turn on the AC switch of the air conditioner, turn on the blower to the maximum, and adjust the temperature to the minimum

6. Stabilize the filling cylinder vertically and do not lie flat (lying flat will cause incomplete filling and a large amount of residue)

7. You can step on the accelerator idly, increase the speed to 2000 rpm for at least 10 seconds, and the filling will be more complete Note: The filling cylinder should be kept in a vertical state.

8. After the filling is completed, remove the tool.
