Haute Facets offers FREE Standard shipping on all domestic orders. To provide a smooth online shopping experience, we ship our orders every business day, Monday through Friday so that you can be rest assured your order will be in the mail within 1-2 business days after the payment has been received. You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

• We insure all items. When your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free.
• Your order includes a gorgeous jewelry box along with a certificate of authenticity.
• Express, 2nd day-air, and overnight shipments will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• For added security, orders over $200 will be shipped with signature required service by an adult.
• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS or UPS, Haute Facets is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with said carrier and pending a future investigation, our customer service team will decide whether we will replace/refund the order or not.
• Natural calamity or bad weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Haute Facets will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on any such delay.
• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by one of our customer service representatives.

Hold for Pickup:
If for some reason, you are unable to be at home for the delivery or if your purchase is a surprise gift, you may request for the package to be held at the shipping center. The package will be held for up to five business days until it is collected by you or a person you depute. The designated person must be 21 years or older, and must also present a valid identity proof for verification. Please feel free to contact our customer service team for any help.

Insurance of Shipment:
All Haute Facets shipments are under insurance coverage until the package reaches its destination. We advise clients and/or their recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery; as once delivered, Haute Facets does not hold any responsibility for the parcel.

30-Day No-Risk Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been customized or engraved for a full refund, credit or exchange (less any additional shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Control Inspection Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Haute Facets experienced gemologist cannot be returned. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the state that you received them.

We offer FREE return shipping for US domestic orders. Contact us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be marked clearly on the front of the package and sent to us along with the original invoice. Returns may take up to one week for processing.

The following terms apply:

• Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
• Beyond 30 days, ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
• The products must be returned in the original and/or new condition.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
• If the leatherette boxes associated with certain products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.
• Shipping costs for the item will not be refunded - this includes international shipping, or any customs fees paid.
• For international customers: For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
