VTG 50s 1950s Mexican Full Circle Cotton Skirt Hand Painted Dancer Maracas Music.

Beautiful hand painted skirt, similar to the painted  neckties of the post-war period. No tags, but these were popular in tourist areas in Mexico. Appears to be signed. L (or EL) sol? Elastic waist. A few stains; I've not tried to clean it.
