This listing is for a small green and copper container. Age is unknown however it is at least 70 years old, maybe much older. It is a green tapered glass pot with a copper/brass overlay in an Empire design, with an artist carving a statue, Roman/Greek columns and an intricate lacy border on the top and bottom. Found in a box of treasures that belonged to my grandma.
Along the top there is a thick 3/8" inch metal rim. The thickness of the glass is also 3/8" inch.

This item is unmarked, and it is unknown what its original purpose was. It's a beautiful piece of history and this rare piece would be a great addition to an Empire collection.

Rim: 1 5/8" wide
Base: 1 3/4" wide
Height: 2 1/4" tall
