Nutritional supplement for teenagers and young girls (13-19 years old). The combination of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts is balanced specifically to supplement the body's needs and nutrition of girls of this age.
For hormone balance and hematopoiesis: Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormone activity. Iron helps maintain the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
For the skin, hair and nails: Biotin helps to maintain the normal condition of the skin, selenium and zinc - the normal condition of the hair and nails.
For mental performance and psychological state: Zinc and iodine help to maintain normal cognitive function, pantothenic acid - mental activity. Niacin and thiamin help maintain a normal psychological state, while riboflavin and vitamin B12 support the functioning of the nervous system.
CONSUMPTION
Take one tablet daily during the main meal or immediately after the meal, without chewing, with a full glass of water or other soft drink. Do not use on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.
