What are essential fatty acids?
The human brain is about 60% fat. Polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega fatty acids), which are needed for the formation of nerve cells, cannot be produced by the body itself. Therefore, they are necessary (vital) for humans and must be obtained from the food we eat. Omega fatty acids play a crucial role in early brain development, optimal signal transmission, and therefore brain function. They are also essential for good vision.
Improving the supply of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids
An unbalanced diet or irregular eating habits can easily lead to an imbalance in the amount of fatty acids we get with the food we eat. As a result, the metabolism of fatty acids in our body becomes unbalanced. Recommended dosage:
Children 5 years and older are recommended to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening every day. Fruit-flavored chewable capsules can be chewed or swallowed with a small amount of liquid. In addition, the capsule can be crushed on a spoon or mixed with food.
Research has shown that capsules are best taken for 12 weeks to ensure fatty acid balance in the fatty acid metabolism process. After this period, fatty acid metabolism should be optimized. If necessary, ESPRICO can be used for a longer period of time. Then the recommended daily dose can be gradually reduced to 2 capsules.
