We search for cute items for our hampers, buy themWe arrange them, pack, wrap and post to save you TIME AND MONEYEvery item is prepared with care and attention. We are a 2 people's business, a tiny family company, so we put our hearts in everything we do.Sometimes, we need to swap items in our hampers, like for example a flavour of a tea or coffee. It will always be swapped for a higher or the same value item, but rest assured, these are only minor changes on rare occasions.

• While I post these hampers within 1 working day, the delivery time could extend in busy times like Christmas or during current outbreak; this is unfortunately beyond my control, as I believe all couriers experience occasional delays. I use Hermes and Royal Mail, both aiming to deliver in 2 working days, but please allow extra time when ordering.
• Please contact me before leaving a negative comment, as I always put my whole heart into making these and am more than happy to resolve issues if any arise.
