This vintage Mid-Century Modern 1950s wiggle dress has never been worn! Paper tags are still there. In chartreuse with a blue and brown dotted squares print,  It is made of scarf silk, light as air. The dress is made to fit the figure, thus a "wiggle dress". It is darted in all the right places and has a left underarm metal zipper. 1 Piece cap sleeves.Unlined.

The jacket has covered buttons, shoulder pads, and a nipped waist with peplum and  3/4 sleeves, and black velvet collar on the jacket. Unlined. Matching self-belt. Love the little self-fabric bows on the front. SEE NOTE!

The label is Roseweb, New York

NOTE: There are two breaks on the shoulder, and the attempt to repair it didn't work. The dress is perfect, and both pieces are never worn, but the jacket will be best for costuming.
