Introduction:

X-ONE is a fully discrete pure direct coupled power amplifier. The circuit adopts a classic three-stage amplifier architecture, with FET differential input+BJT voltage amplification+MOS power push-pull output.

Dual single independent sound channel design, PCB integrated with rectifier filter circuit and 1237 protection circuit, the layout is very convenient for players to avoid fewer connecting wires. Reduce signal interference. It is easy to build a dual single independent channel power amplifier system.

 

Generally speaking, the overall dynamic and control force of high-power power amplifiers are better than those of the same type of low-power power amplifiers. In particular, some low sensitivity units, such as 86dB sensitivity speakers, need higher power to serve them.

 

How to choose between 5W pure Class A and 30W Class AB?

In 5W Class A state, when the transformer and radiator are large enough, adjust the static current to 1A or above. At this time, it will be a pure Class A working state. The sound sense is mellow, but the heat output is large. The weight of heat sink per sound channel is not less than 1KG.

 

30W Class AB is the most economical state. You only need to adjust the current to a suitable temperature below 1A. It will be Class AB output. At this time, the temperature is very low. The bottom of the chassis can be used for heat dissipation. It is used to push a pair of 88-90dB small bookshelf speakers to listen to the voice. It has a sense of taste. However, when the sensitivity of the small bookshelf speaker is low, we focus on developing this 30W AB class. Although it is AB class, thanks to the application of BJT+MOS tubes and sound calibration, the sound produced is also very close to Small Class A, and it is stronger than Small Class A in dynamic, power and driving force.

The overall sound is very direct, without too much over modification, and the mid-range and female voices are very beautiful.

Debugging specification:

◆ On the PCB, there are two TP Test points. Measure TP two points, adjust 2K adjustable resistance, and adjust the voltage to within DC 37mV.

◆ Measure OUT+and GND, adjust 100R adjustable resistance, and use voltage connected DC 0mV.
