We process the orders soon after we have confirmed the payment and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours – Monday to Friday using the Royal Mail and other main courier services depending on the order quantity.

The postage charges mentioned in the listings are for the UK mainland only. This postage does not cover Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or Scottish Islands & Highlands. Please note that there are additional postage charges to these places. Kindly email us before you commit to buy, if you live in these areas. If you place an order to be delivered to the above-mentioned areas, we will inform you of the additional postage charges.  If you do not wish to pay the additional postage charge, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

The order may be delivered between 9 am – 6 pm. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that there is someone available to receive the parcel. If no one can receive the parcel please leave a note with instructions for the driver in your order. We try to make sure the postage costs are fair and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you.

Return Policy: -

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase or order or if the item arrived faulty, or any shortages are there, you have the right to cancel your order for a complete refund, unless otherwise stated in the description of the item that the item is non-returnable on purchase. All purchase or order cancellations must be informed in writing, quoting your order number, within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the Choice Shop Fitting, using the email address printed on the receipt. Once you have informed us and got an acknowledgement, simply return the product(s) within 14 days of the receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' with all packaging and tags intact when returned to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return delivery cost. Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s), if we understand that the returned item is used, or altered in any manner, we will not accept the item and may be sent back to the customer. If we understand the item is faulty, we will issue a refund (excluding the postal charges if any) via your original payment method or exchange the item. Refunds can take several working days to get the payment back to your account depending on the payment procedures of the bank.
