Caterplas is a trading name of Royal enterprise, part of the Royal enterprise group of companies. We have been selling quality disposable tableware and food packaging for more than 25 years.

Our showroom and warehouse are based in Smethwick and offer wide range of catering disposable products to caterers, fast food outlets, pubs and restaurants, schools, wholesale and trade customers as well as bulk buyers for weddings, parties and events.

Our catering disposable products range included all types of disposable paper and plastic tableware and food packaging such as:

We import wide range of disposable products from USA, Europe and far east and also work with UK manufacturers and carry large stock in our warehouse to efficiently supply our existing customers as well as aspire to widen our customer base.

Delivery and Collections from CaterPlas

We welcome our customers to collect personally from our warehouse by appointment only. Orders can be collected from our warehouse same day whenever possible by appointment.

Collection is the most economical way for us to serve you with best possible price and gives you a chance to aprove the quality of products before buying.

We are open Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm.

When buying multiple products, please contact us for postage of combined orders.

We intend to post all orders received before 12.00 am on the same day. Orders received in weekend or on holidays are processed and posted on next working day.

We use wide range of couriers including Royal mail and delivery times are of those couriers and we do not have control over it. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will co-operate with your requirements.

If you have any issues with the item you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can try and resolve the issue or advise to return the item for a refund. If you wish to return an item, this must be received at our premises no later than 7 working days from receipt. You must return the item in the same condition it was received - all of our items are security marked. Please note that return postage will be at the buyer\'s expense.

There is a 10% restocking charge for any item which is purchased in error. We strongly recommend that you contact us first if you are unsure of any item
