Possibly Austrian bronze.

In excellent condition showing no scratches to naked eye. Tiny character dent at tip of nose seen with magnification.

Dark bronze patina either attractive carefully applied color-not sure if paint or glaze.

Two attached old self pins left twisted on back. Most likely came off an old setting or piece of art work.
