Slight Crack in corner of Case.

The VHS Case is in an Unsealed Condition.  The VHS Tape is in a Good Condition. There maybe minor signs of general wear and tear, and nothing that would prevent the security of the VHS Tape within the Jewel Case.  There are no obvious signs of scratches, scuff marks etc upon the VHS Tape that would prevent the proper operation of the VHS Tape.
