3.75 Carat Sapphire and Diamond 14k Yellow Gold Vintage Cocktail Ring. 

The ring is in excellent condition with minimal wear. 

The center sapphire is emerald cut. It's surrounded by small round cut diamonds and those are surrounded by baguette cut emeralds. The emeralds are genuine with a deep dark blue color. The diamonds are white and total .08 carats. 

The ring weighs 6.2 grams. The top of the ring measures 18.3mm by 17.5mm wide.
