Returns - We require ALL items to be returned in order to process a refund. We will no longer be issuing partial refunds to buyers. If the item is not returned to us, a refund will NOT be issued. No exceptions. All item(s) MUST be returned in the original shipping box. If item is not returned in the original shipping box, a refund will NOT be issued. If a return is requested due to buyers remorse (“changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake”), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event that your item gets damaged during shipping, please upload photos of the damage to the item, but also the damage to the shipping materials and shipping container. These photos are required to document all damage.
Business Hours - Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PM. All orders will ship out within one business day of receiving payment; unless there is a problem with your order, in which you will be contacted. If you purchase an item on a Friday, it will be mailed out on Monday. All messages will be answered during normal business hours. If you contact us over the weekend, please allow until Monday morning for us to respond.
