this Example is Bright and clean with Minimal Circulation.***In Full disclosure this note appears to have been previously housed in a PMG VF 20 holder with the comment of 'tear repair'. Even though this note has been altered the workmanship was obviously quality enough that PMG did not notice, plus it does not detract from the scarcity and desirability of this note as any astute collector will acknowledge.***This note is highly desirable and would make a fantastic addition to any collection! Only 44 examples have been graded by PMG, and there are only 16 finer! Excellent opportunity to add this super scarce rarely offered star note to your portfolio!
