We offer Free shipping via USPS First Class. Average order arrives within 3-5 business days. Priority mail can be selected for faster shipping times.
Return Policy
We do offer returns if you are dissatisfied with the product or if we cannot assist you in pairing the device. We always recommend sending a message first, we will do our best to respond quickly and resolve any issues.
To receive your refund to your original payment method, your purchase must be returned to our facility within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.

Yes absolutely! We source all of our electronics from major US retailers that only sell authentic Apple, Beats, and Samsung headphones. We guarantee with every order we send out that you are receiving an original product, produced and manufactured by Apple, Beats, or Samsung.
An important part of our testing process is authenticating each AirPod, AirPod Case, Beats Bud, and PowerBeat/Samsung to ensure that they are original authentic products. If you have concerns about the product you received, please contact us. It's actually not possible to pair a non-authentic headphone with an original one, so please ensure your set is authentic before purchasing a replacement from us.
"Will these work with my AirPods/Beats/Samsung?"
Yes! All of the parts we ship will pair with your existing devices already. As long as you purchased your device originally from an authorized Airpod, Beats, or Samsung retailer, you'll have no issues pairing.
"How do I know which part I need?"
Either in your Bluetooth settings, click on the name of your headphone in your Bluetooth list, and it'll give you a model number, or you can see it on the fine print of your device!(Not the model number on the case.) You can match this with our listings to determine the correct part you need. If you are still unsure, please feel free to reach out and we will assist you.
"What's the condition?"
The Earbud will show little to no signs of use but is guaranteed thoroughly and effectively sanitized. We best describe our parts as 'like new.' Can you replace one AirPod or wireless bud or charging case?
Absolutely! Contrary to popular belief, replacement buds can easily be paired to your original set. All you have to do is follow our pairing guide below. No need to go out and buy an entirely new set!
How do I pair my replacement bud with my original set? Airpod info
Follow our simple pairing guide below:
- Unpair your original set. Go to Settings -> Bluetooth -> click the “info” icon next to devise -> click “Forget This Device”.
- Place both left and right pods in the case, and close the lid.
- Connect the charging case to a power source and charge for 30 minutes or until you see a solid green or white light when lifting the lid up.
- Remove the cable and open the lid. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case (for AirPods) or the center button on the case (for Beats Buds or PowerBeats) until the light flashes white.
- If a setup animation appears, you have successfully paired your AirPods. If a setup animation does not appear after 10 seconds, then close and reopen the lid. Repeat the process from step 1.
